Mission Of CILREWA

• To organise and unite all retired executives from all cadres from Coal India Limited and its subsidiaries to take up their cause
• To federate and confederate all the Associations and Organizations of Pensioners and retirees of Coal India Limited and its Subsidiaries
• To co-ordinate or promote broader co-ordination through its initiatives with other Organizations in India having identical objectives and policies of the Association;
• To secure to its members, through negotiations, litigations, collective bargaining or any other constitutional and legal process, adequate compensation for the services rendered by them to CIL and its Subsidiaries during their employment; fair and adequate terminal benefits, Pensions, Performance Related Pay (PRP), welfare facilities such as medical benefits, concession from the Company which are legitimately due, from time to time.
• To ensure a representative forum for negotiations and collective bargaining on behalf of the entire retired executives’ fraternity through the assistance of all serving Unions/Associations/Federations/Confederations who are engaged for similar purposes in any industry in India
• To edit and publish books/periodicals, voicing, amongst other matters, grievances of the retired executives and containing matters of interest of them for circulation without profit motive
• To arrange and organise lectures, debates, discussions, seminars and excursions for the benefit of the retired executives
• To participate/promote in the socially relevant schemes/activities for the benefit of the Society at large
