From a group of around ten odd retired executives pursuing the cause of expediting implementation of Performance Related Pay (PRP) with the Government and CIL in 2015, this embryo metamorphosed into a formal registered Association in September 2016. Within 8 years, by the beginning of 2023, the Association had more than six hundred Life Couple Members and two branches in Asansol and Dhanbad. In the 7th Annual General Meeting held on 12th September 2023, members deliberated on the issue of creating requisite infrastructure like office space, furniture and fixtures. They decided to put collective efforts into fundraising. The platform ‘From Root to Roof’ would be used for regular interaction and updates to keep members abreast of the project's advancement.
