The Coal India Limited Retired Executives Welfare Association (CILREWA) is registered under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961. It is the vanguard in voicing genuine demands for the financial, physical, and mental welfare of the retired community of Executives of CIL. Nurturing the spirit of ‘Once a Coal Indian, always a Coal Indian’, the Association serves as a platform for the extended family of its members. Despite being physically apart across the country and often beyond borders, the members of CILREWA find a sense of belongingness and community in the association, making them feel connected and supported.
